One-to-One Stress Management Coaching Sessions
Together we will create a personalised stress management plan that will help you quickly:
- Understand what triggers your stress
- Understand what stress is costing you in your life your relationships, your career, your health
- Identify steps you can take immediately to reduce stress in your life – no matter how difficult that might currently seem to be
- Identify simple actions you can take whenever you are feeling stressed
- Take you from feeling stressed to feeling happy, confident, energised
Sessions last one hour. Sessions can be conducted either face-to-face or via Skype.
I offer three packages:
- Single Session (one hour) – if you want to work on one specific stress-related issue
- Three Session Package – to allow time to make solid, sustainable change. For people just starting with me, I usually recommend this package.
- Six Session package – for help with deep-rooted issues that are causing a lot of difficulties.
- Ongoing Stress Management Coaching (one monthly session plus phone call/Skype support as required during the month).
Group Stress Management Workshops
I can run group workshops for companies, small businesses, schools and other organisations who want to help their people manage stress more effectively. The content of the workshops will be tailored to your individual requirements.
All workshops are conducted face-to-face, either at your premises or at a third-party venue.
Modern Stress Management Foundation Training
I am licensed to teach the Modern Stress Management Foundation training – a one-day course created by Dr Sylvia Hartmann of the Guild of Energists. This course teaches you the fundamental Modern Stress Management techniques which will help you take back control from stress, and help yourself, friends, family and groups. There is plenty of time for practical exercises during the training.
This class is divided into four units:
- Unit 1: Measuring Stress
- Unit 2: Energize Your Life!
- Unit 3: De-Stressing Other People
- Unit 4: A New Energized Future
The class includes a full-colour manual, which will be sent in advance on receipt of your booking.
Training is conducted face-to-face or via Skype.
